  84. skint months stranded on Mimas, one of Jupiter`s moons. He was put
  85. into stasis for smuggling his pet cat,
  86. Frankenstein, on board. While he was 
  87. imprisoned an accident caused by his
  88.

  101. killed everyone but Lister, who was frozen in time by the Stasis
  102. field.

  107. galaxy and into deep space to protect the planets from the blast.
  108. Lister was freed when the radiation calmed down, 3,000,000 years
  109. later.
  110. Lister`s favourite past times include eating curries, strip
  111. poker, eating curries, female topless boxing, lager and eating curries.
  112.      He was born in the 23rd Century, although the exact date is
  113. unknown. He was found under a pool table in a box
  114. and instantly
  115. adopted. His stepfather died when he was six, and at the time
  116. everybody gave him toys, so he remembers wanting more people to die,
  117. so he could complete his lego set. His Grandmother told him Dad had
  118. gone to the same place as his goldfish, so he spent a number of years
  119. believing they`d flushed him down the bog.
  120.      He is a fanatical London Jets Zero-G football team suporter and
  121. he planned to name his sons Jim and Bexley after his hero, roof
  122. attack player Jim Bexley Speed.

  178. was born in Liverpool. He admits `If I
  179. could be anything, I`d be a footballer`, and did pretty well, playing
  180. for both Tranmere and Liverpool youth teams. His first taste of
  181. fame was at 19, when he hijacked a DJ`s mike at a nightclub and
  182. ranted a 10 minute poem. He gained a solid reputation from a regular
  183. slot on

  185. as well as hosting other shows such as
  186. Them and us, Craig goes mad in Melbourne
  187. . In 1993 he wrote his first
  188. book,

  211. lead a normal life.
  212.       The thing has recently catapulted

  215. he was accused of rape, charged and spent nine months in jail waiting
  216. for his trial. He was aquitted and spent a while afterwards
  217. campaigning for the right to anonyminity for men accused of rape. He
  218. admitted, on the night he was accused of rape, taking drugs, but
  219. swears he has not touched anything since and will never in the
  220. future.

  235. interview on Talk Radio UK on 31/10/95 Doug spoke of plans for two
  236. new series` and a Christmas special for `96 but new writers would be
  237. working. Doug will stay on as a writer and producer and it is possible
  238. that 
  239. Robert Llewelyn
  240.  (Kryten) may write some episodes. Another
  241. change is that Ed Bye, producer of series` 1/4 will return to the
  242. crew.
  243.     Rob had already wished to write a book alone, which will be
  244. coming out in `96 and it seems he wishes to back away from the
  245. show, and maybe branch out into other areas.

  319. In my opinion the shock news of Rob`s split from the Grant Naylor
  320. writing team isn`t that much of a shock. His need to write a book by
  321. himself showed something was wrong, and for them to attempt a joint
  322. TV show if one of them isn`t happy for them to write a book would
  323. have led to problems.
  324. Apart from that, most news is good news. After fears Chris Barrie
  325. would pull out after seeing provisional scripts he has confirmed he is
  326. taking part, and although Craig Charles admitted taking Cocaine he has
  327. said he was stupid and that he`ll never do it again, and after all
  328. he`s been through the media ought to stop their criticism and agree
  329. with his point to give anonyminity to rape defendants.
